TruShine Cleaning Services offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, vacation rental (Airbnb) cleaning, and more.

2. Booking and Cancellations
Bookings must be made via our website or over the phone. Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Pricing and Payments
All service prices are subject to change and will be confirmed during booking. We accept online and in-person payments. Late payments may result in service delay or cancellation. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, clutter, or requested add-ons.

4. Client Responsibilities
Ensure access to the property at the agreed-upon time. Remove valuables or personal items prior to service. Inform us of any special instructions or fragile items.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue.

6. Liability
We are insured and take precautions, but we are not liable for: Items not disclosed as fragile. Pre-existing damage. Pets or unsecured items

7. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including unsafe environments or repeated cancellations.

8. Website Usage
By using our website, you agree not to: Upload harmful content. Attempt unauthorized access to our systems. Copy or reuse content without permission
